Nationwide Realty Kicks Off Spec Office Development In Gilbert

Nationwide Realty Investors, an arm of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., started work on two spec office buildings at its 250-acre Rivulon development at Gilbert Road and Loop 202 in Gilbert. They will each be 60K SF, with the first building completed late this year and the second completed in early 2018, the Phoenix Business Journal reports.

Nationwide Realty also is looking to bring a hotel to the Rivulon project. It already includes a Mercedes-Benz dealership and a retail center with Sauce Pizza & Wine and Grabbagreen as tenants. Lee & Associates' Fred Darche and John Cerchiai are marketing the new office space.
