Duke Realty Comes to Town for MOB

Indianapolis-based property giant Duke Realty has teamed with Peoria-based Plaza Cos to build a new MOB at Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix. It will be the second MOB on the Banner Estrella campus, following one built 10 years ago. The first phase of the new MOB will be a five-story, 70k SF structure on Thomas Road, the Phoenix Business Journal reports; as much as an additional 125k SF can be built on the site. This is Duke's first foray into the Phoenix market. [PBJ]
