CVS Takes Building Vacated By State Farm

CVS has leased an entire 138k SF Four Gateway office building on 44th and Van Buren streets near Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. State Farm Insurance formerly occupied the site, but the insurance company is consolidating regional operations at a new campus on Tempe Town Lake.

The owner, Van Trust, acquired Four Gateway last year for nearly $23M, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. CBRE’s Jerry Roberts, Chris Hook and Kevin Calihan brokered the deal. [PBJ]
