Chandler BTS: Creative Office With Industrial Touches

Here's a first look at LGE Design Build's 70k SF office build-to-suit in Chandler for Crown Castle. The goal, according to LGE Group principal Vince Dalke, was to blend creative features—such as open office—with industrial materials and finishes. "The intent being to create an aesthetically beautiful building that also provides highly efficient contemporary workspaces," he explains.

The property features outdoor space, another key creative feature, at least in warm climates, with one focus being an outdoor fire pit. The structure also includes steel beams and columns accented by limestone and reclaimed wood finishes with industrial metal accents.
