Carlisle Cos HQ Comes To Phoenix

Carlisle Cos, a Fortune 1000 global manufacturer, is moving its corporate HQ from Charlotte to Kierland One, 16430 N Scottsdale Rd in Phoenix. The company will take more than 46k SF on the building's fourth floor. As part of the relocation, Carlisle will be able to apply for an Arizona Competes Fund grant, the terms of which still are being negotiated, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. The 175k SF Kierland One is owned by Hines, which acquired it in 2013 for $29M with JV equity partner Pacific Coast Capital Partners. [PBJ]
