Call Center Subleases From U of P

DialAmerica Marketing Inc subleased about 50k SF from the University of Phoenix at the Riverpoint Building at 3100 E Broadway Rd for a call center. The company has 20 other call centers in the US, including sites in Texas, New York and Florida, reports the Phoenix Business Journal. Cushman & Wakefield’s Larry Downey repped the call center company, while JLL’s John Bonnell, Brett Abramson and Matt Hersh repped University of Phoenix. [PBJ]
