This time for a new hotel.Liberty Property and its partners Synterra LP and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corp announced today that it will develop the first Navy Yard hotel, a 168-room The Courtyard by Marriott flag owned by Ensemble Hotel Partners and Louis Cicalese. Erdy McHenry Architects is designing the facility. According to Lincoln, the project is subject to Ensemble completing financing and expects to break ground in the spring of '12 with a scheduled openingQ2 '13. |
