This years Villanova Real Estate Challenge-- anational real estate development case competition--went to students from Penn. The winning team was Jay Yang, Eric Wright, Joseph Slosburg, and Michael Mirski. Indiana took second and Penn State and Monmouth tied for third. The team will hopefully use the winnings to get Mr. Wright a matching tie.
