Here we snapped Cushman & Wakefield general manager Theresa McCaul-Mullan, Allied Barton division prez Ronald Rabera, and Advantage Building & Facility Services owner Trish Faidiga were having too much fun to be ignored. Ron tells us his firm services 94% of Philadelphia’s CBD buildings and is the pre-eminent provider in the Delaware Valley. It also proudly helped BOMA Philly form one of the first national safety and security committees in ’98, which became a model for at least 10 other BOMA chapters. (Its roots with BOMA run deep; it’s also the first Cornerstone Partner, the sole BOMA 360 Ambassador for security companies, and the principal contributor to BOMA International’s emergency preparedness guide.)
