Muscle Maker Coming to OC

American Restaurant Holdings (ARH) inked a deal with a franchisee, Veejay LLC, to open 10 Muscle Maker Grill locations in OC over the next five years. Irvine-based ARH recently bought the NJ-based Muscle Maker. In addition to franchised locations that Veejay will open under the deal, ARH will also open two company-owned restaurants this year, the Orange County Business Journal reports. The chain’s menu includes various health-oriented items; so far it has only two locations in California. [OCBJ]
