A medical device company just signed a $4.5M, 10-year lease for a 33,324 SF vacant industrial building at 9400 Toledo Way in Irvine.

The firm is relocating from its 16K SF location in Fountain Valley.

The facility features in-place climate control options and existing office space to accommodate the specific demands of the medical device testing industry.

DAUM Commercial senior associate Rick Turner repped the company.

The landlord, Meehan Holdings' John Meehan, repped himself.

The new lease begins on May 1.
