Savills-Studley in OC

Now that Savills has acquired Studley (late last month), we sat down with Savills Studley EVP Royce Sharf, the new entity's OC branch manager. He tells us the union will create a strong new presence in Orange County. One reason is that Studley’s existing OC clients tend to have portfolios aboard, and they’ll now have access to London-based Savills’ international resources. Also, the merger will significantly grow Studley’s capital markets biz in SoCal, as Savills brings its vibrant capital markets practice in Irvine, led by Robert Stamm. “Robert and his team physically moved into our office the morning the deal closed,” Royce says.
