| Last night, hundreds of real estate execs and NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate students and alumni gathered at the Central Park Boathouse to pass Go and collect money for the Schack Institute's scholarship program at the school's 18th annual Evening of Monopoly. This year's honorary banker was F.J. Sciame Construction Co. | The money raised last night is going to a great institution, says Ackman-Ziff's Simon Ziff (center, with Torchlight Investors' Robert Ginsberg and Prodigious Capital's David Eyzenberg), who has recruited over 20 people from NYU's Masters program—and he's a graduate himself. Both Robert and David are real estate finance professors at the school, and David, who's also an alumnus, says that the school is by far the greatest source of talent for the industry.
