The landlord of 425 Fulton St in Downtown Brooklyn, Colin Development, has filed plans with the city to create a second-floor retail space for the future home of a location for Palliatech, a medical marijuana company.
The certificate of occupancy on file now says the building’s legitimate use is for a diner or a franchise, according to NY YIMBY. The state health dept didn’t approve any medical marijuana licences for Brooklyn when it announced who’d get them in July, yet Palliatech still obtained a lease for the space over the summer. [NYY]
