TELL THEM WHAT THEY'VE WON

We snapped CBRE's David LaPierre and Richard Hodos, Related's Greg Gushee and Michael Gilbane, and CBRE's Stephen Sjurset at a broker event at MiMa on West 42nd Street last Wednesday. Just the night before, CBRE had inked the retail leasing gig with developer Related Cos, and they're so excited that the first tenant broker whose client signs for space gets that Fiat (sigh, we love being reporters). Richard says CBRE is looking for amenity retail along the lines of a Balducci's, Dean & DeLuca, or high-end restaurant. Not bad for what Richard says is the last area of Midtown to spring to life.
