Sephora and Life Time Fitness are in talks to lease a combined 90K SF of space at Macklowe's office-to-residential condo conversion in the Financial District, The Real Deal reports.

The two are looking to join Whole Foods at the base of the $1.5B, 944K SF building. The French cosmetics chain would take roughly 10K SF while Life Time Fitness would take the other 80K SF, according to TRD.

National chain Life Time Fitness currently has one other New York City location, in Moinian Group's 71-story mixed-use building south of Central Park known as Sky. The company's fitness centers are in mostly suburban areas. There are two in Long Island, four in New Jersey and one in Westchester.
