An expert panel of Appraiser & Planners' James Levy, Dewey & LeBoeuf's Stuart Saft, BrickUnderground.com's Teri Karush Rogers, Argo Real Estate's Mark Moskowitz, and Sherman and Gordon's Jonathan Sherman was on hand Tuesday to address the topic at the Argo Real Estate 2010 Economic Conference—and the panel ran over because the audience had so many questions.
