Bruce tells us that his new labradoodle puppy (a Labrador-poodle hybrid, for those not up on the lingo) Parker, looks remarkably similar to First Dog Bo Obama. We think he should strike a celebri-doggy impersonator deal. |
| Capstone Equities' Steve n Grin with honoree Daniel Ghadamian. They report that the firm is about to ink an 11k SF lease at 156 Williams Street, bringing it up to 90% occupancy. The building's redesigned lobby will also be completed in two weeks. LMCC has over 22k SF of donated swing space in the old bank vault of Capstone and The Carlyle Group's 14 Wall Street, which it uses as a center for the performing arts. |
