CBRE's David LaPierre Named Vice Chairman

David LaPierre of CBRE's global retail services team has just become the national brokerage's third retail broker to ever be named vice chairman. LaPierre (pictured with Andrew Goldberg) is a 22-year CBRE vet who has repped NYC retail giants like Toys "R" Us and Eataly. His clients include Burberry, Disney, Tommy Hilfiger and Bank of America. He recently repped Eataly in a deal to open at 4 WTC, and has also helped the Italian market sign at the Prudential Center in Boston and Century City in Los Angeles. [CO]
