Honest Buildings’ Riggs Kubiak: CRE Tech CEO Of The Year

CRE blogger Duke Long has named Honest Buildings chief Riggs Kubiak CRE Tech CEO of the Year, praising the firm for creating a product the industry “just can’t work without.”

Honest Buildings is a cloud-based, data-driven management and procurement platform for CRE owners and managers like Brookfield, Beacon Capital Partners and Invesco, which use it to streamline management processes, increase revenues via faster project delivery and reduce costs. Owners managed $1B-plus in capital and tenant improvements through the software since last year. “That’s called vision and $$$ in the bank,” wrote Long.
