Meet BOMA 360's Newest Designees

Building operators looking for a way to attract and retain tenants while maintaining higher rental rates may find a BOMA 360 designation is the path to success. The latest BOMA 360 designees were awarded at Sunday’s general session of the 2017 BOMA International Annual Conference and Expo in Nashville.

There are very few ways for building owners and managers to differentiate their product from the competition, according to BOMA 360 Performance Program Council Vice Chair Dan Cote.

"BOMA 360 shows building operators are committed to managing with the best practices," Cote said.

BOMA Metropolitan Washington once again has bragging rights for leading the way with BOMA 360-designated buildings, winning the over 300-member category. BOMA Oakland-East Bay and BOMA Orange County tied in the 150 to 300-member category while BOMA Virginia took the distinction in the under 150-member category.

BOMA Metropolitan Washington and Cushman and Wakefield took top prizes for BOMA local associations with the largest portfolio submission.
