CBRE Taps Capstone Financial To Boost Midwest Presence

CBRE Group has acquired Capstone Financial to expand its offerings and move deeper into Midwest markets.

The deal allows the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm not only to grow its presence and service offerings, but to close commercial loans quicker, Commercial Property Executive reports. Capstone finances all property types and has offices across the Midwest, as well as in LA and Florida. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The deal follows two previous acquisitions — last month CBRE bought out software producer Floored and in December the company acquired retail management firm Skye Group.
