Want a more competitive building with higher tenant satisfaction, retention and rental rates? Then consider a BOMA 360 designation for your building, which independent studies from CoStar and Kingsley Associates have shown increases a building's attractiveness.

The number of BOMA 360-designated buildings has grown to 1,400 properties in 70 markets worldwide, reports Oracle director of operations and sustainability George Denise, who this morning introduced the property managers and owners of the buildings that have been awarded the designation this year.

George, who chairs the program's council for BOMA International, noted that DC boasts the highest concentration of BOMA 360 buildings in the world. Leading the companies with the most designations and renewals overall are Cushman & Wakefield, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, CBRE, Brookfield and Vornado/Charles E. Smith.
