While the days at the 2017 BOMA International Conference & Expo are spent in education sessions and networking, nights are for letting your hair down, channeling your inner country star, and tasting the best of Tennessee. Monday night’s Southern Social party — sponsored by BOMA Cornerstone partners Comcast Business, Kimberly-Clark Professional, thyssenkrupp, Trane, and Yardi — featured Southern music and food with the backdrop of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

A live musical act, who had the entire BOMA crowd thinking it was the Charlie Daniels Band, stepped in to play “The Devil Went Down to Georgia.”

Jen Kriewald and Kelly Michel had to "Come On Over" to check out the special Shania Twain costume exhibit in the museum.

Impark’s Ed Danyluk and Beverly Grant, as well as Transwestern’s Mark Jackson, were spotted fawning over Elvis Presley’s gold Cadillac.

BOMA/Nashville’s Marvin Mouser and Debbie Scott parted to give Johnny Cash’s guitar the honor it deserved. No word if they were inspired to break out into “Ring of Fire.”

BOMA/Iowa’s Mike and Sandy Quick posed with Waylon Jennings before admiring Nashville.

“It’s a fun city — wild city!” Mike said.

BOMA/Southern Connecticut’s Chris and Jessica Burns, BAE Sharon Moran and friend Kelly Michel stopped to hang out in front of a replica of Taylor Swift’s tour bus.

BOMA/Orlando’s Allyson Peters, Luci Smith, Yahrah Blackman, Mary Lantz and Sandy Castro stopped for some cocktails in the circular Hall of Fame.

Blackman later faced off with Patrick Murray in a line dance-off, and she took home top prize!
