BOMA Cornerstone Partner Yardi’s booth was still popular on day three, with Chris Thomas, James Singleton, Shelley Vigneau, Mary Chu, Matt Eggers and Melissa Dempsey on hand to show off the company’s property management software.

Attendees visiting the booth of Cornerstone Partner thyssenkrupp, America’s largest elevator producer, were invited to check out the latest technology. The company is using Microsoft HoloLens headsets, a virtual reality device often associated with gaming, to service elevators while looking like Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible.
The device makes elevator repair easier, faster and safer, as it allows a technician to get a detailed analysis of any broken part or system without having to climb every floor or work in an elevator shaft while inspecting a broken motor.

To close the Expo, BOMA International’s Lisa Prats awarded the final $1,500 gamification cash prize to a very elated Mick Wrigley of Avison Young.
