Among our speakers will be Equity Office Properties SVP John Conley, who tells us his firm looks to provide a canvas allowing its customers to design highly creative and productive office space. He's snapped on the 21st floor of EOP's 100 Summer St, in the creative marketing suite.
He says the company's properties consist of Class-A buildings with high ceilings, great natural light, quality HVAC systems, connectivity, and multiple amenities within the building and the neighborhood.
Even the most creative space needs a solid urban context. "We also want to make sure that public transportation is readily accessible for the creative workforce," John says. Equity Office's 175 Federal St and 100 Summer St, for instance, links Boston's Downtown with the emerging South Station Transportation Center.
