What a Week!

Here's nearly400at our fourth annualDallasState of the Market eventthis Wednesday(the market's great, btw). Hard to believe it's been four years in the Lone Star State. When we first started, things were different: Dallas was just a small suburb of Kansas City, and we'vewatched it grow into one of the strongest markets in the country. We also had large events inPhilly(Data Centers), Boston(Construction and Development), Seattle (Future of Bellevue), San Antonio (Impact of Eagle Ford Shale), Maryland (Future ofAnnapolis& Anne Arundel County) and Orange County (Healthcare Summit) this morning. It ain't the recession anymore, folks.

We loveCREW, andyour publisher was honored to snap several of its top folks at the Fairmont Dallas, following our event there: national CREW CEOGail Ayres, third from left, with communications directorDenise Kahler, Cassidy Turley executive managing directorBeth Lambert-Saul, Republic Title VP MaryBeth Shapiro, BBG CEODiane Butler, andBisnow 'sown Dallas senior reporterTonie Auer. Diane was 2012 national CREW president, and Beth held that position in 2006. The next CREW national convention is inDallas(they were here doing planning) startingOct. 9. Don't forget, CREW is not just for women.Menare also invited and thesmartones join!
