Report: WeWork Profit Margins Vary Widely by Location

WeWork has achieved phenomenal growth and was recently tagged with a $5B valuation. The innovative co-working company has dozens of locations and thousands of members. According to CompStak, gross profit margins vary widely depending on location. CompStak estimated the margins for 13 locations, basing its estimates on private office prices from the WeWork website and its own commercial lease comp information. Margins ranged from a low of 39.84% in San Francisco’s South Financial District to a high of 68.27% at Chicago’s CBD River North[COMP]
