Multimillion Expansion For CoreSite

We got a gander at CoreSite Realtys recent SEC filing and found some interesting tidbits from the data center developer. As of the report, CoreSite has 278k SF of data space for lease. But the company states it can expand existing SF to 1.2M SF. And expand it will in 2013. CoreSites CFO Jeffrey Finnin recently told investors that it expects to invest between $180M and $200M in 2013 on new projects, including $65M in a New York data center, $19M in a Santa Clara build-to-suit data center (above), and up to $56M in various projects across Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Boston and Chicago.
