A raft of new retailers has leased space at One Bellevue Place, which is being developed by Crosland Southeast at the former Bellevue Center mall site. The new retailers—a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant, Maurices women's clothing store and Off Broadway Shoes—are joining a Sport Clips Haircuts salon, Results Physiotherapy and Noire The Nail Bar in the redeveloped space, the Tennessean reports.
The Bellevue Chicken Salad Chick location is the second in the Nashville region for the Auburn, AL-based fast-casual chain; last month it opened a store in Murfreesboro. Maurices already has more than a half-dozen stores in the Nashville market, and the other retailers are no strangers to the area.
One Bellevue Place will include about 375k SF of retail, among various other property types, when it opens in fall 2017. [Tennessean]
