First Restaurants Come To One Bellevue Place

One Bellevue Place, the redevelopment of Bellevue Center Mall by Crosland Southeast and property owner Branch Properties, landed its first restaurant tenants: a Chili's Grill & Bar and a Panera Bread, each on outparcel sites. Other tenants for the project so far include Sprouts Farmers Market and a Carmike Cinemas, the Nashville Business Journal reports. The total development will include 1M SF on 87 acres. [NBJ]
