It's a name after our own heart. The mixed-use Aertson Midtown development by Vanderbilt U and Buckingham Cos snagged the gourmet grocer Caviar & Bananas as its first tenant. The Charleston, SC-based grocer is a hybrid of an upscale café and a market, selling everything from—wait for it—caviar to bananas, reports the Nashville Business Journal. This is the first out-of-state location for the store, and it also will be its largest at 6,600 SF. [NBJ]
