Ardent Cos completed its purchase of the Downtown property at 305-311 Broadway for about $22M. The building is home to Tequila Cowboy Bar & Grill and WannaB's Karaoke Bar and doubles Ardent's Downtown footprint, reports the Nashville Business Journal. Atlanta-based Ardent has been on a buying tear in Nashville in the last two years, snapping up 312 Broadway (home now to The Valentine), retail buildings and a parking lot at the corner of Third Avenue North and Broadway.
