Plan For More Office Space At Franklin Park Kicks Into High Gear

French energy management and automation company Schneider Electric inked a lease to occupy at least 150k SF at Two Franklin Park, bringing the building to 81% leased. With that deal in hand, developer Spectrum Emery is accelerating plans for a third office building at its Franklin Park corporate and residential campus, which is on 71 acres in Cool Springs, the Tennessean reports.

Three Franklin Park will be at least 10 stories with about 280k SF of office space and a structured parking deck, a welcome addition to the ultra-tight Cool Springs office market, which has vacancy at about 1%, according to Colliers International.
