A group of buyers — including TRP Investments of Chicago, a trust overseen by Frist family scion Billy Frist and an entity associated with Avison Young's Warren Smith — has acquired 9020 Overlook Blvd in Brentwood for over $20.8M. TRP Investments is no stranger to the market, having owned a nearby office building on Overlook Circle, as well as 200 Fourth Ave N, a Downtown property being converted into a 226-room hotel, the Nashville Business Journal reports.

Avison Young represented the group of buyers, and it will lease and manage the property. 9020 Overlook's tenant roster includes OnLife, which is a subsidiary of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. The seller was Robert Frost, general partner of Ohio-based Self Service Mini Storage. [NBJ]
