Bolton/Beijing Construction Link Up Yields 113K SF Office Scheme

New Plans For Bolton's Victoria Square.

A 113K SF office scheme is being proposed for Bolton as some of the town’s flagship office schemes show signs of stalling.

Newly revealed images of the Victoria Square scheme show 113K SF of offices along with residential and a hotel as part of a 688K SF redevelopment of what is today the Crompton Place shopping mall.

The development will link Bradshawgate with Victoria Square, and is being promoted by a partnership between Beijing Construction & Engineering Group International and regeneration specialists Midia Group. The architect is Champan Taylor.

Bolton Council bought the 280K SF precinct for £14.8M in summer 2018 after a deal with Santander Pension Fund.
