Fred Segal Makes Deal To Open Location On Sunset Strip

A new Fred Segal will soon open in West Hollywood at the corner of Sunset and La Cienega boulevards.

Fred Segal signed a long-term lease for the new flagship store, which will take up 22k SF on the first floor of CIM Group's under-construction 8500 Sunset, a hotel and residential property that's scheduled to open next fall.

In addition to high-end fashions and merchandise, the new store will also house a wine shop, a florist, a bakery, a coffee bar and a restaurant run by Bill Chait, Apparel News reports.

Fred Segal closed its Santa Monica location last March. [AN]
