American Realty Shells Out $51M for NorCal Retail Center

American Realty Advisors EVP Kirk Helgeson says the Dublin Place Shopping Center was attractive to the firm for its strong customer base and proximity to mass transit. The nearly 284k SF center is 97% occupied and is anchored by Target, Hobby Lobby, Burlington Coat Factory and Toys R Us.

The seller was PFRS Dublin Corp, and plans include bringing existing below-market rate rents up and upgrading existing buildings. American Realty Advisors and the seller repped themselves in the deal.
