New Creative Office Space Opens In Hollywood

Real estate firm HQ Creative Office just opened new creative office space at 720 Cahuenga Blvd at a former prop house in Hollywood.

HQ Creative Office is a subsidiary of HQ Group. While many companies have ventured into areas including Venice and Santa Monica, HQ Group founder Robert Herscu tells Bisnow he was convinced "if you build it, they will come."

The result is a new creative office space in the heart of Hollywood that offers about 30k SF.

The goal was to "make the building a centerpiece on the street," Robert says.

Tech startup Docler Media now has offices in the building.

The building is stocked with a full chef's kitchen and a restaurant-grade bar. There are double-level conference rooms and an elaborate lighting system, a projector, televisions and more than 50 speakers all controlled with an iPad.
