Partying With Monday

Last night, we dropped by The Ainsworth on W. 26th St. to mingle with 100 rising brokers at a party hosted by great sponsor Monday Properties, where we snapped this picture of CBRE's Patrice Hayden, Monday Properties' Jordan Berger, and CBRE's Kerry Powers and John Termini. Jordan, Patrice, and Kerry, along with CBRE's Paul Amrich just secured a 22.4k SF lease for recently formed intellectual property law firm Desmarais LLP on the entire 26th floor of Monday's 230 Park Avenue. Now there's only one full tower-floor opportunity and the entire 7th floor left, they tell us. Cushman & Wakefield's David Stockel and Peter VanDuyne repped the tenant.
Newmark Knight Frank Retail's Benjamin Birnbaum (right, with colleagues Michael Cohen and Amy Zhen) just represented Oren's Daily Roast in a 12-year, 1.2k SF lease at Monday's 1440 Broadway, along with NKF Retail principal Jeffrey Roseman. When asked what they were up to this summer, Benjamin joked that Jeff doesn't let them out of the office. But we're glad that Jeff, who was seen chatting with Monday CEO Anthony Westreich last night, made an exception this time.
Cushman & Wakefield's Jeffrey Lovell, JLL's Dan Suozzi and Matthew Polhemus, Monday Properties' Jenna Mazzillo, CresaPartners' Jamie Addeo, and Cushman & Wakefield's Jason Lund. Jenna's one of the newest members of the Monday family, as Jordan Berger and Richard Brookshire's assistant. When she's not working at The Crown Jewel (or 230 Park), you can find her doing yoga or spending her weekends in the Hamptons.
What's a broker party without some prizes? Last night's was a raffle for two coveted iPads, won by CBRE's Anthony LoPresti, seen here with Monday's beautiful models, and Cushman & Wakefield's David Stockel. If you didn't win last night, you still have a chance—one of our event sponsors is raffling off an iPad at tomorrow's BisnowSustainability Summit. But you have to be there to win!
We hear it's not Jordan's dashing looks that these ladies are attracted to, but his leasing prowess. Cosmopolitan, take note.
