Three New Reps Join CBRE's Retail Team

Sydney Dixon, Lacee Jacobs and Sasha Levine joined CBRE's Retail Services team in Houston. Dixon joined CBRE from Waterman Steele Real Estate Advisors, where she focused on tenant representation for regional and national tenants. Jacobs brings significant experience with Class-A mixed-use product, specifically within the restaurant and retail industry. She was previously with Edge Realty. Levine, formerly with M2G Ventures, is rejoining CBRE and will specialize in landlord and tenant representation.

Retail has been a bright spot for Houston, despite some recent cooling. CBRE's retail research shows a dwindling pipeline, temporary requirements, increased demand from home improvement tenants and sustained organic retail demand will keep Houston retail in very tight conditions.
