A Kroger Marketplace will anchor Spring Pines Shopping Center in Spring at Spring Cypress and Holzwarth. The 123k SF store on 14 acres will include a pharmacy, fuel station and premium alcohol selections, reports the Houston Chronicle. The project will be Kroger's largest concept store. Spring Pines Shopping Center, developed by RHS Interests, offers an additional 50k SF for smaller retailers as well as several pad sites. Construction is expected to begin later this summer. [Chron]
