Energy Corridor Tower Inks 4 Leases, 45k SF

It's not all bad news in the Energy Corridor. Poynter Commercial Properties, the exclusive leasing agent of Energy Tower, signed an additional 46k SF of office space at the 14-story, 325k SF building at 11700 Katy Fwy.

  • Robert Half International signed for 11k SF, repped by Don Foster of JLL.

  • Nobilis Health Corp signed for an additional 12k SF. The company was repped by Champions Real Estate's Kyle Ettinger.

  • Kimley-Horn & Associates penned a lease for 16k SF, repped by Mohr Partners' Dustin McFarland, Dina Zavislak and Jenny Aust Turner, in cooperation with Stream's Anthony Squillante and Dustin Devine.

  • Infinity Hydrocarbons signed for 6k SF.

Since being nearly 100% vacant in September 2014, Poynter has closed 15 transactions totaling 237k SF, bringing occupancy to approximately 73%.
