BASF Corp is consolidating its Houston-area offices into a new space in the Energy Corridor.
The manufacturing giant leased nearly 110k SF in the Energy Tower IV office building on I-10. BASF will bring together business operations from three Houston sites into this location this summer.
Energy Tower IV is now 61% leased. The building at 11750 Katy Freeway is the fourth and final office building in the 2M SF Energy Plaza. The “Gateway to the Energy Corridor” Class-A project includes a Hilton Embassy Suites Hotel.
Mac Haik Realty's Steve Bryant and Brandon Poynter repped the landlord, and Partners Realty's Kane Dossett and Ross Longo along with Calibre Group's Candice Baggett repped BASF.
