An Update on Block 10 West

Work is chugging along on Block 10 West, Hicks Ventures latest office development. To celebrate, the firm hosted 100 real estate folks, including HFFs Wally Reid, JLLs Rudy Hubbard, Cushman & Wakefields Angus Hughes, Hicks Ventures prez Pat Hicks, Satterfield & Pontikes George Pontikes, and HFFs Danny Miller. S&P is handling construction of the project.

Pat tells us the project will deliver 208k SF to the market in August; no other office building in West Houston has that much space available. The pic above shows off the biggest change since we last toured the propertythe windows. Pat tells us S&P made over a half mile of linear feet saw cuts into the 8 tilt wall panels to create them.
