TRAMMELL CROW INDUSTRIAL SPOTLIGHT

Trammell Crow Company principal Andrew Mele is preparing for the development of Hanover Ridge Trade Center in Wilkes-Barre. Hanover Ridge is designed and approved for an 804k SF warehouse/distribution building on 81 acres. The site is pad-ready and within a designated Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ).
