Prime West Cos broke ground this week on the 320k SF One Belleview Station at I-25 and East Belleview Avenue. Prime West CEO Steve Clarke tells us to thrive in suburban Denver, new office space has to be TOD, which is exactly what the development offers: it's the first office building within the 42-acre Belleview Station Transit Oriented Mixed-Use Master Plan.
"Lack of transit is a dealbreaker for a lot of tenants," Steve says. "They have to have easy access to transit, and other amenities, or risk losing their best employees. We hear that a lot." One Belleview Station, which will be adjacent to RTD’s Belleview Station platform, will also have a regional bus hub on the property (buses aren't as sexy as light rail, but just as important in transit). The property will deliver in fall '16.
