Denver-based Evolve Vacation Rental Network inked a lease for 38K SF at 717 17th St. in Downtown Denver, which more than doubles office space for the growing company, whose HQ is currently right next to the Pepsi Center at 1123 Auraria Parkway.

Evolve, which recently completed a $11M funding round, services more than 4,000 vacation rental properties in over 500 markets in North America. To keep up with the popularity of its service, the company is investing in new HQ space for its expanding employee base.

"Being in the center of Denver gives our employees accessibility, amenities, and the ability to participate in the Downtown community," Evolve co-founder Brian Egan said. "We think it’s essential to their quality of life.”

Adam Sherry is the other co-founder.

Evolve will consolidate from two locations into its new Downtown space in August, bringing in 160 current employees and planning to hire 100 more. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank managing director Andrew Blaustein repped the rental management company.
