Toastmasters International acquired the 106k SF 9127 South Jamaica St in the Meridian International Business Center in northern Douglas County for more than $19M and plans to relocate its HQ there in 2018. The nonprofit, whose mission is to improve the speaking and leadership skills of its 345,000 members, will take up half the building, with the other half leased to another tenant, the Denver Business Journal reports.

CH2M occupies three of the four buildings in the business center; those buildings were recently acquired by Angelo, Gordon & Co for $122M. The fourth building, where CH2M didn't renew its lease, wasn't included in that sale. Toastmasters plans to renovate the property before moving in. Currently the organization is in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, where it's been since its founding in 1924. [DBJ]
