Rocky Mountain PBS kicked off a $30M capital campaign to fund new headquarters at 21st and Arapahoe streets. The plan is to swap the organization's current space on Bannock Street for $1.5M and a state-owned block bounded by Lawrence, Arapahoe, 21st and 22nd streets. RMPBS would lease back its current HQ until the new one is ready, in two or three years, the Denver Post reports. The State Land Board confirmed the trade, which will close in June. [DP]
